Service Area

Any law enforcement agency located within the counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, San Francisco, San Mateo and Santa Clara are eligible to receive the SVRCFL’s assistance. However, the Local Executive Board has authorized the RCFL Director to accept significant cases from anywhere in the U.S. Northern District of California on a case-by-case basis.
