Participating Agencies

The participating agencies contribute personnel and resources to staff and maintain the operations of the SVRCFL. While each of the participating agencies’ missions may differ, each of them shares the common goal of building law enforcement’s digital forensics capacity both in Northern California and nationwide. The RCFL Program is grateful for their dedication and commitment to fulfilling this goal.

Local Executive Board

Each RCFL is governed by a Local Executive Board (LEB) that operates in a manner similar to that of a board of directors. Under the Memorandum of Understanding, which each of the participating agencies have signed with the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the LEB is chartered to review any policy, procedure, practice and/or rule affecting the day-to-day operations of the RCFL, but does not hold any legal authority.
